Key board Shortcuts- A Time Saving Alternative

Author admin on 09-02-2010

Key boards are considered to be the basic input device of computer systems. Although most of the compute users think mouse is the major means of sending command to the system memory, as computer support professionals suggest, key board can give you the fastest ways to reach the target. In fact it is fun to give command to the computer without using a mouse. Here I will give you some tricky shortcut keys that are hardly known and often ignored.

In combination with Windows key you can get several shortcuts like, [Windows] + [f] brings Search Function; [Windows] + [Pause/Break] displays System Properties; [Windows] + [m] minimizes all open windows; [Windows] + [Tab] cycles through the opened taskbar tabs etc.

Now let’s talk about some combining Alt/Ctrl keys. [Alt] + [F4] closes Windows if no applications are running and closes the active window if multiple tabs are opened; [Ctrl] + [F4] closes active files and window of a running application keeping the main application opened. Various other keyboard shortcut applications are there; in fact, you can input command using a combination of both mouse and keyboard. Make Difference With Tech Support

Author admin on 05-02-2010

Now you really don’t have to choose either Windows or Mac, but can run both of the operating systems on your Mac desktop simultaneously. Specialized operating system support or online tech support professionals are there to offer you the scoop of options. Similar to other you might also think that all computer users fall in two distinct categories- the Macintosh and Windows users, and so after reading the blog you must be wondering a little. Let me explain the reality.

Majority of the computer users want their operating system to run the myriad of software applications even if they are actually created for some specific OS. Considering the tech support capabilities, sometimes a Mac is thought to be just right for some purpose and sometimes a Windows application matches specific needs perfectly.  Now, mostly being restricted by the financial resources, it’s not feasible for us to buy two systems to get the best of these two OS architectures. This is the key reason why computer users of recent days are going with the option to run Windows compatible applications on Mac. Computer support vendors offer various tools to allow a Mac system run Windows smoothly. Check out the popular tech forums to find discussion on the issue.
