Key boards are considered to be the basic input device of computer systems. Although most of the compute users think mouse is the major means of sending command to the system memory, as computer support professionals suggest, key board can give you the fastest ways to reach the target. In fact it is fun to give command to the computer without using a mouse. Here I will give you some tricky shortcut keys that are hardly known and often ignored.
In combination with Windows key you can get several shortcuts like, [Windows] + [f] brings Search Function; [Windows] + [Pause/Break] displays System Properties; [Windows] + [m] minimizes all open windows; [Windows] + [Tab] cycles through the opened taskbar tabs etc.
Now let’s talk about some combining Alt/Ctrl keys. [Alt] + [F4] closes Windows if no applications are running and closes the active window if multiple tabs are opened; [Ctrl] + [F4] closes active files and window of a running application keeping the main application opened. Various other keyboard shortcut applications are there; in fact, you can input command using a combination of both mouse and keyboard.
