Repair MBR on Windows 7

Operating system not found. This is the most common error massage that we find during operating system error. But why does this issue come up? This error occurs due to MBR (Master Boot Record), which includes the files and the folders that we have in the operating system. Now, if one of the files does not get started when we restart our computer, this issue comes up. So, how can we get over of this? There are some certain steps that we need to follow to fix the problem. Get some technical support to learn about it in detail.

The Solution

Steps to resolve the issue:

1)Insert Windows 7 installation DVD and then restart your computer. Now your computer should boot form DVD. Now what you need to do is to check the boot order from BIOS. To do that, restart your computer and keep pressing F10 key. The first option that you will get is the boot order. You can change the boot order from there.

2)Choose your default Language, Time, and Keyboard Input on the first window and click next.

3)Now you will get 3 options. Click on repair your computer to get access to the system recovery window. Now you need to choose command prompt to run (bootsect.exe). Bootsect is located inside the boot folder. So you need to change your directory to boot. Now run bootsect /nt60 C:\ if you had Windows 7 initially installed in the C partition. You can also run bootsect /nt60 SYS or bootsect /nt60 ALL to repair the system partition or all partitions. Now you can eject the DVD and restart your computer. Your computer will boot Windows 7 again.

BlackBerry maker, the Research In Motion (RIM) has just finalized a deal to acquire QNX Software Systems, an Ottawa-based company. QNX works on the technology of bringing Internet to cars. They offer advanced development tools and middleware for embedded platforms. So, the acquisition is pretty interesting for the consumers looking at smart phones and vehicle infotainment systems. In fact, this is how RIM tech support is going to differentiate their smart phones from giant competitors.

RIM’s official announcement emphasizes, the tech support QNX provides is new to them and they have really not explored before. So, QNX will be a great way for BlackBerry users to get in to the latest technology platform.
